روتين تعلم الإنجليزية للمبتدئين: خطة يومية 30 دقيقة وجدول 14 يوم
Daily English 14 Days:
- British Council (A1 Listening): محادثات يومية قصيرة مع نص تفاعلي.
- قناة Easy English (يوتيوب): محادثات واقعية من الشارع (فعل الترجمة الإنجليزية CC).
- BBC English at Work: حوارات مواقف عملية وتنفيذية مع توفر النص المكتوب.
ركز على الفكرة العامة ولا تقلق بشأن كل كلمة مجهولة.
الخطوة 2: 10 دقائق مفردات مع جمل (بناء المادة)
تعلم 5 كلمات فقط يوميًا، ولكن افعلها بذكاء:
- اكتب معناها.
- اكتب جملة بسيطة.
- قل الجملة بصوت مسموع.
مثال:
schedule = جدول
I have a busy schedule.
Day |
الموضوع Topic |
الناتج المطلوب Output |
|---|---|---|
| المرحلة 1: أساسيات البقاء في اللغة (الأيام 1–4) | ||
| 1 | التعريف بالنفس Introductions |
سجل 30 ثانية باسمك وعملك وسبب التعلم؛ احتفظ بها كخط أساس. Record a 30-second introduction as your baseline. |
| 2 | الروتين Routine |
اكتب وقل خمس جمل تبدأ بـ I usually. Write and say five I usually sentences. |
| 3 | الوقت Time |
اسأل وأجب عن وقت ثلاثة أنشطة. Ask and answer about the time of three activities. |
| 4 | المكان Places |
صف مكان ثلاثة أشياء باستخدام in، on، next to. Locate three objects. |
| المرحلة 2: مواقف يومية (الأيام 5–8) | ||
| 5 | طلب شيء Requests |
مثّل طلبًا وطلب توضيح: Could I…? Could you repeat that? Act out a request and a clarification. |
| 6 | الماضي Yesterday |
قل ثلاث جمل عن أمس؛ تحقق من أفعالها في القاموس. Describe yesterday and check the verbs. |
| 7 | مراجعة Review |
أعد التعريف دون قراءة، ثم اختبر عشر كلمات قديمة في جمل. Repeat the introduction and use ten earlier words. |
| 8 | الخطط Plans |
كوّن ثلاث جمل عن خطط الغد باستخدام going to. Describe three plans for tomorrow. |
| المرحلة 3: استخدام أوسع (الأيام 9–12) | ||
| 9 | الشراء Shopping |
مثّل سؤال السعر والعدد وطلب التكرار. Ask about price, quantity and repetition. |
| 10 | المقارنة Comparing |
قارن شيئين بثلاث صفات تعرفها. Compare two objects using three familiar adjectives. |
| 11 | وصف مشكلة A problem |
صف مشكلة بسيطة واطلب مساعدة محددة. Describe a simple problem and ask for specific help. |
| 12 | محادثة Conversation |
نفذ خمس دقائق سؤالًا وجوابًا مع شريك أو بدورين. Use five speaking minutes for a short dialogue. |
| المرحلة 4: قياس ونقل التعلم (الأيام 13–14) | ||
| 13 | نقل التعلم Transfer |
استمع لحوار جديد؛ سجل الفكرة وكلمتين فاتتاك ثم تحقق من النص. Try a new dialogue and check what you missed. |
| 14 | مقارنة وقياس Comparison |
سجل التعريف ثانية وقارنه باليوم 1؛ ثم تكلم عن موضوع جديد. Compare introductions, then speak on a new topic. |
I work in a school. ثم قلتَ I work in a shop.
14-Day English Foundation Plan: A Structured Starter Guide
Introduction
At the foundation stage, it can be difficult to stay consistent when resources multiply without a clear daily plan. This routine is a starting point to adapt to your level and available time.
The internet is full of lessons, but without a structured plan, your effort becomes scattered across random apps and videos.
Start with a routine you can try:
Do not make three free hours a condition for starting. Choose a period you can set aside for practice.
This plan uses 30 minutes to organise a session. You can split or adjust that time to fit your needs. It is not a scientifically established amount that is sufficient for everyone; consider what you complete and what you can use afterwards.
This practical guide will show you:
- A daily routine designed specifically for the starter phase.
- A progressive 14-day learning plan.
- How to build vocabulary that is easy to remember and use.
- How to practice speaking, even alone.
- Answers to the biggest hurdles in early learning.
The goal of these 14 days is NOT to reach fluency. The goal is to build a consistent study habit, establish foundational skills, and measure real progress between Day 1 and Day 14. This is your solid starting point, not the finish line.
A 30-Minute Routine to Try (And How the Time Is Divided)
The routine is divided into: 8 min listening, 10 min vocabulary, 7 min speaking, and 5 min writing. Why this specific order?
This progression helps organize the learning process between receiving the language and using it:
- Reception (Listening): To get used to the rhythm and absorb context.
- Building (Vocabulary): To gather the tools (words) you need.
- Production (Speaking & Writing): To output what you learned and lock it into memory.
Step 1: 8 Minutes of Listening (Reception)
Choose foundational-level podcasts, short dialogues, or clear YouTube lessons with transcripts.
Focus on the main idea. Do not pause to translate every single word.
Step 2: 10 Minutes of Vocabulary (Building)
Learn only 5 words per day, but do it smartly:
- Write the meaning.
- Write one simple sentence.
- Say the sentence aloud.
Step 3: 7 Minutes of Speaking (Voice Production)
Describe your day or act out a short conversation. Record one attempt, notice where you pause, and practise one phrase again. This is language practice, not a promise to remove anxiety within a set time.
You can try voice typing on your phone or in Google Docs as a supporting tool, not a pronunciation test. Compare what you said with the transcript, then listen to your recording and a clear audio model. Successful transcription does not guarantee that a human listener will understand everything, and an error does not prove that your pronunciation caused it: background noise, the microphone, and language settings can affect the result. Choose one phrase to review and seek feedback from a teacher or language partner when possible.
Step 4: 5 Minutes of Writing (Text Production)
Writing reveals the gaps in your sentence structure. Write 3 to 5 sentences about your day or tomorrow's plans, and compare them against correct models.
The Progressive 14-Day Foundation Plan
Use the bilingual fourteen-day table in the Arabic section above. The table is divided into four critical phases:
- Phase 1 (Days 1-4): Essential Basics.
- Phase 2 (Days 5-8): Daily Situations.
- Phase 3 (Days 9-12): Broader Usage.
- Phase 4 (Days 13-14): Measurement & Transfer.
Record your introduction on Day 1 and compare it with Day 14. Speak on a new topic at the end so that memorizing the first recording is not mistaken for general progress.
Compare Your First and Final Attempts
Use three questions: Did you introduce yourself without reading? Which phrase still needed a pause or correction? Could you use two practised phrases on a different topic? Record an example for each answer. Changing I work in a school. to I work in a shop. checks whether you can change information within a familiar pattern; it does not establish fluency. Choose one point to review next week. This is a task check, not a certified level test.
Common Questions in the Foundation Stage
What if I don't understand the listening practice?
This is completely normal. On your first try, just listen for the general tone and familiar words. Do not pause. On your third try, read the transcript while listening to connect the sounds to the words.
Should I learn pronunciation or grammar first?
Clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate your idea are much more important early on than perfect grammar. Start communicating, and fix your grammar gradually as you write and speak.
How many words should I memorize a day?
Start with five words you can understand and use in sentences from your own life. Review them the next day, and adjust the number to what you can recall and use. Five is a flexible practice target, not a guarantee of learning or a rule for everyone.
Should I repeat the same lesson or move on?
Repeat a recording to work on a specific difficulty, such as a missed phrase or sound. Then try a new short recording at a similar level. Familiarity with one recording is not a reason to repeat it indefinitely. Use a practised phrase in a new sentence to check what you can transfer.
Final Thoughts
Building a language foundation requires a structured daily plan, a small consistent effort, and a balance of taking information in and pushing it out.
Start today. Keep it simple. Stay consistent.
